We are looking for working professionals, whom are clean, courteous, and communicative. We pride ourselves in creating beautiful, safe, and peaceful living environments in each of our homes. The property comes fully loaded with all the cleaning supplies, kitchenware, and appliances you will need to just pack your bags and settle in.
Prices include furnishings, utilities (high speed Verizon FIOS internet, HOA, gas, electricity, trash, and water). 1 month rent required for security deposit. 12 month leases preferred. Parking is abundant, but a reserved space in front of the home is also available at a nominal monthly fee. Identity and employer verification, background and credit checks required for all.
