If you want a dedicated work/study space that is... not your bedroom, you may be interested in a unique two-room, fully furnished "suite" in one of our townhouses: It consists of 1) an upstairs small bedroom that shares the hall bath with one other tenant and which is furnished with a single/twin bed that has under-bed storage, chest of drawers, easy chair, bedside table, lamps, window treatments, closet AND 2) a large private "study room" on the main floor, furnished with desk and desk chair, love seat and easy chair, table and chair, book shelves, lamps, window treatments...it's a pleasant corner room with a bay window on one side and another large window on a second side. Both rooms have key-lock doors.
Share the common areas of the fully furnished townhouse, including kitchen and laundry center, with two other tenants--three total. This suite is available immediately. Monthly rent is $1150 plus share of utilities. Security deposit equal to one month's rent is payable as a lump some or in portions with monthly rent. $500 would hold the room until a later date. Prefer a lease at least through mid-August, 2025 or mid-December, 2025.

The townhouse is part of a small townhouse community situated midway between the GMU campus and downtown Fairfax.
Walk to GMU (6/10ths mile) or use City-University Express (CUE) bus (free to GMU students). Walk to shops and restaurants and activities in Old Town Fairfax (3/10ths mile). CUE bus to Vienna Metro, and Metrobus stops are steps away from townhouse.
No need to buy furniture. Just bring towels and bedding.
Convenient off-street parking. HOA pool open this summer until Labor Day. Safe neighborhood.
