Meredith has been in real estate since 2001 and loves helping her clients with all of their real estate needs. She is a former teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools and has her Masters Degree in Special Education. She uses this teaching background to help support her clients through the buying, selling, and renting process and educate them on every step. Meredith is part of the Hannan-Moody Team with her partner, Kristin Moody. Meredith and Kristin's motto is to be with you every step of the way and that is exactly what they will do. Together they have earned awards as a Top Team by their local real estate association, have been featured in the Washingtonian Magazine July Real Estate Issue as Top Producers, and have been honored by the industry as Top New Home Sale Realtors. In Meredith's spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. She also volunteers at her church, at the local food pantry, at her kid's schools and on their sport's teams, and is a part of her HOA board on the Communications Committee. She is a proud fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Association and Stepsisters (a local breast cancer support group).
